Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You may avail our replacement warranty for any merchandise with Factory Defects (the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) within 30 days of delivery. The management reserves the right to ask for additional information/evidence to access if the damage is indeed factory defect or customer negligence. If you have received the wrong merchandise or there are missing items on your order, we'll be happy to either exchange or ship the missing item. All qualified replacements will be ship free of charge. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery!
